I recently purchased tires with warranty and I stopped in at this location because my tire was losing air. When I went in the employee did a quick look and said he could not see a nail in the tire but they would take it back and check it out. He quoted me a three hour wait and then asked me which tire I wanted in the event they could not repair my tire. He began pulling up the most expensive tires asking me which one I wanted. I said well we don’t know for sure yet right so I just picked one and he reassured me they would let me know if they needed to put the selected tire on. About an hour and half later he rolls my tire through the store telling me where the nail is it cannot be repaired. I said well I need a cheaper tire totally forgetting I had a warranty. I paid for the tire and while sitting there I then remembered. I go up to the counter and a different employee says well you do have warranty but you picked a different tire. I then told him I was not offered the tire under my warranty. They eventually took care of me and I was happy with how a couple of employees apologized and fixed the issue. Wow. The best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. I bought tires onIine at a good price and made an appointment for installation. The place was crowded when I arrived, but I was helped quickly and I was back on the road in a half hour. Kyle helped me and was terrific. Friendly, courteous and efficient. They have a customer in me for life.

Do not, i repeat DO NOT go through with a tire replacement if they have to transfer the tire from another store location. It does not take the whole morning and more to move a tire. I could've walked and brought it faster, I call Ruben and he said he's checking on it but I can see the car is still parked in the same spot that it has been for 6 hours. These other reviews say they're professional but a professional wouldn't deceive you. I wasted half of my day and I'm still here

Discount Tire has a consistent standard amongst its employees of the highest professionalism and courtesy without exception. I have always liked that I can just drive up and get my tire pressure checked. This time I had gotten a flat on a set of tires I had bought 12,000 miles ago. I called and made an appointment with their customer service phone reps who were equally professional and courteous. Just a real feel good experience which isn't always easy to find in this day and age.

I was in and out in about an hour to get all four tires replaced, which was great. I took off one star because they specifically told me to bring my own jack pad—so I did. But when I arrived, the service advisor said they already had jack pads and wouldn’t need mine. After checking my Sentry Mode clips, I found out they didn’t use any jack pad at all when lifting my Tesla Model Y. That was disappointing and concerning.
